Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Whole red chillies 20 pcs


  • Chop garlic 1cup


  • Chop ginger 1cup


  • Chop spring onion bulbs 1cup


  • Chop Green coriander steam 1cup


  • White vinegar 2cups


  • Tomato ketchup 1cup


  • Corn starch 4tsp


  • water 1/2cup


  • Salt 2tsp


  • Oil 2tbsp

Directions

  • Take a red chilli broken in your hands.
  • Take a bowl add 2 cups of vinegar and dip red chilli in vinegar at over night.
  • Take a blender jar add chilli and vinegar grind well make a soft paste.
  • Take a wok add oil then oil heat add garlic,ginger saute fir 2 minutes then add all ingredients and chilli paste cook in 5 minutes for slow heat.
  • Then schzwan sauce is ready store in a fridge.
